This boatneck batwing top has a beautiful drape that looks good with almost everything. You can pull up the long cuff sleeves and get a very different-looking top. There is a 2-inch band around the waist that sits loosely at the hips. The arm cuffs are doubled so they can either be long or pulled up to a 3/4 sleeve and stay! The cuffs on the sleeve are 7 inches.
